Temperature Gauge Not Working

  1. Start engine, and warm it for 15 minutes. Shut engine off. Set ignition switch to RUN position. Check temperature gauge and warning lights for proper operation.
  2. If warning lights do not come on and temperature gauge always indicates cold, go to INSTRUMENT PANEL FUSE CHECK.
  3. If warning lights come on and temperature gauge always indicates cold, go to TEMPERATURE GAUGE CHECK.
  4. If temperature gauge always indicates hot, go to TEMPERATURE GAUGE SHORT CHECK NO. 1.
  5. If temperature gauge is not accurate, go to TEMPERATURE GAUGE TESTING.
