Oil Pressure Gauge Short Check No. 1

  1. Disconnect instrument panel 8-pin connector. Instrument panel 8-pin connector is located on right side of cluster, near steering column. Set ignition switch to RUN position.
  2. Observe oil pressure gauge. If oil pressure gauge indicates high, replace instrument cluster. If oil pressure gauge does not indicate high, go to OIL PRESSURE GAUGE SHORT CHECK NO. 2.
