Fuel Gauge Short Check No. 1

  1. Unplug instrument panel 8-pin connector. Instrument panel 8-pin connector is located on right side of cluster, near steering column. Set ignition switch to RUN position.
  2. Observe fuel gauge. If fuel gauge indicates full, replace instrument cluster assembly. If fuel gauge does not indicate full, go to FUEL GAUGE SHORT CHECK NO. 2.
