Removal & Installation ("F" Series Super Duty)

  1. With engine off, pump brake pedal several times to discharge accumulator. Remove master cylinder from hydro-boost, and prop aside.
  2. Disconnect 3 hydraulic lines from hydro-boost. Disconnect input push rod from brake pedal. Remove 4 hydro-boost mount nuts, and then remove hydro-boost. To install, reverse removal procedure. Bleed power steering system.
