.38 O/C & .38 O/S

This indicates engine has oversize valve lifters and/or oversize camshaft. The mark .38 O/C will be located on cover rail on No. 4 exhaust port. The mark .38 O/S will appear on rear of camshaft. An oversize camshaft has a painted Orange stripe between journals.
