Power Brake Booster: Inspection

Wipe all rubber parts clean and inspect for cuts, nicks and other damage. Check power piston for cracks, distortion, chipping or damaged seats. Inspect reaction disc for deterioration. Ensure valve rod seats are smooth and free of nicks and dents. Replace if defective. Inspect front and rear shells for scratches, pits, dents and other damage. Check diaphragm for cuts and other damage. Replace damaged components or booster assembly as necessary.
