Sliding Glass Panel Weatherstrip to Roof Panel

Operate the sliding glass panel and verify that it does not interfere or bind against the roof when the panel is opened or closed. Remove the sliding glass panel side mouldings. Loosen the nuts and adjust the set plate forward or rearward as necessary. See Figure. If the set plate is adjusted too far forward, water leakage may occur. Tighten the set plate screws and verify proper operation of the roof panel. The proper clearance should be 5.5-6.1 mm (0.22-0.24 inch).
