Warning indicators remain on whenever ignition is on until condition is resolved. Warning indicators operate during prove-out. See PROVE-OUT MODE under OPERATION. Warning indicators cannot be dimmed.
NOTE:
The seat belt warning indicator will come on for 4 to 8 seconds after ignition is turned on and a tone will occur. This tone is independent of the instrument cluster.
