Removal & Installation (Tempo & Topaz)

  1. The hazard switch is part of the MULTI-FUNCTION Switch. Disconnect battery ground cable. Remove lower column shroud screws, and remove shroud. Loosen steering column mount screws to allow removal of upper column shroud.
  2. Remove upper shroud. Pull turn signal lever out of multifunction switch. Peel back foam shield from turn signal switch. Disconnect electrical connectors. Remove mount screws and multifunction switch.
