Front Brake Caliper: Disassembly

Remove caliper. See FRONT BRAKE CALIPER & PADS  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. To remove caliper piston, place shop towels in caliper and apply air pressure to brake hose bore. Remove dust boot. See Figure . Being careful not to scratch caliper bore, remove piston bore seal.
