Odometer Does Not Accumulate Mileage, Or Counts 10 Miles & Jumps Back 10 Miles

If odometer accumulates 10 miles then looses 10 miles, replace cluster and affix odometer sticker to door pillar. If odometer will not accumulate mileage, verify that speedometer works properly. If speedometer operates properly, replace cluster and affix odometer sticker to door pillar.
