Display Has "S" Illuminated

Check for mileage sticker on door pillar. If there is a sticker, system is okay. If there is no sticker, display is damaged. Replace cluster and affix sticker with original mileage to door pillar. "S" should be illuminated and odometer should indicate zero miles.
