System Scanner
The system scanner receives input signals from the light out module, washer fluid level, and door ajar sensors. When a warning condition occurs, a diagnostic message is displayed along with a one-second tone (beep). The message is displayed as long as it is active, but no additional tones will sound. If more than one warning condition occurs, each message will be displayed simultaneously. The scanner displays the following diagnostic messages:
- CHECK OIL
- DOOR AJAR
- HEADLAMP OUT
- NORMAL
- REAR LAMP OUT
- WASHER FLUID
