1. Incorrect oil pressure.
2. 3-4 accumulator piston stuck or damaged.
3. 3-4 accumulator piston seal missing or damaged.
4. 3-4 accumulator springs missing or damaged.
5. Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) solenoid inoperative.
6. Electronic Engine Control IV (EEC IV) microprocessor inoperative.
7. No. 4 or 12 check ball missing or damaged.
8. Accumulator regulator valve stuck, nicked, or damaged.
