Front Cover Oil Seal: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Coat seal lip and crankshaft damper surface with engine oil before installing. Use Seal Installer (T70P-6B070-A), to install seal.
  2. Apply Sealant (D6AZ-19562-AA) to crankshaft damper keyway before installing damper. Tighten bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article.
