Continental, Sable, TAURUS & THUNDERBIRD

Integrated Relay Controller Module (IRCM) interfaces with Electronic Engine Control (EEC-IV) system to control cooling fan, A/C clutch and fuel pump. IRCM incorporates EEC-IV power relay, Electric Drive Fan (EDF) relay, High-Speed Electric Drive Fan (HEDF) relay and fuel pump relay.

On Continental, Sable and Taurus, EEC-IV module is located in right rear corner of engine compartment, on firewall. IRCM is located in left front corner of engine compartment, on upper radiator support.

On Thunderbird, EEC-IV module is located behind right cowl panel, near radio antenna. IRCM is located in right front corner of engine compartment, near air cleaner assembly.
