Rear Brake Caliper & Disc Pads: Installation

1. Install disc pads with anti-rattle clips, retaining clips and "V" springs in proper position as marked during removal. Using Piston Remover (T75P-2588-B), rotate piston clockwise until piston is fully seated in caliper. Align groves in piston with opening in caliper. See Fig 1 .
2. Lubricate guide pin bushings with high-temperature grease. Install caliper on guide pin, and pivot caliper onto anchor bracket. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Bleed brakes. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  . Adjust parking brake. See appropriate PARKING BRAKE procedure under ADJUSTMENTS  .
