Temperature Gauge Short Check No. 2

  1. Reconnect temperature sensor connector if previously disconnected. Disconnect instrument panel 8-pin connector. Instrument panel 8-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
  2. Observe temperature gauge reading. If temperature gauge reads hot, replace temperature gauge. If temperature gauge does not read hot, repair Yellow/Green wire between water temperature sensor and instrument panel.
