Temperature Gauge Check

  1. Ground Yellow/Green wire at instrument panel 8-pin connector. See IDENTIFYING INSTRUMENT PANEL 8-PIN CONNECTOR illustration. Instrument panel 8-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
  2. Observe temperature gauge reading. If temperature gauge reads cold, replace temperature gauge. If temperature gauge does not read cold, go to TEMPERATURE GAUGE CONTINUITY CHECK.
