Oil Pressure Gauge Continuity Check

  1. Ground Yellow/Red wire at oil pressure gauge sending unit connector. Oil pressure gauge sending unit connector is located on right side of engine, behind alternator.
  2. If oil pressure gauge reads high, replace oil pressure gauge sending unit. If oil pressure gauge does not read high, repair Yellow/Red wire between instrument panel and oil pressure gauge sending unit.
