Fuel Gauge Short Check No. 2

  1. Plug in instrument panel 8-pin connector if previously disconnected. Disconnect fuel tank sending unit 6-pin connector. Fuel tank sending unit 6-pin connector is located on front of fuel tank.
  2. Observe fuel gauge reading. If fuel gauge reads full, repair Yellow wire between gauge and fuel tank sending unit. If fuel gauge does not read full, replace fuel tank sending unit.
