Tachometer Pulse Check No. 2

  1. Connect low wattage test light between Yellow/Blue wire and 12 volts (Blk/Yel) at instrument panel 18-pin connector. The 18-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
  2. If tachometer needle jumps, repair Yellow/Blue wire between gauges and coil. If tachometer needle does not jump, replace instrument panel assembly.
