Brake Warning Light Continuity Check No. 1

  1. Ground Red wire at parking brake switch single-pin connector. See IDENTIFYING WARNING LIGHT CIRCUIT illustration. Parking BRAKE warning light switch is a single-pin wire connector located at parking brake switch on parking brake lever.
  2. If BRAKE warning light comes on, replace parking brake switch. If BRAKE warning light does not come on, repair Red wire between parking brake switch and gauges.
