Removal & Installation (Mark VII)

  1. Remove instrument cluster. Remove lens and mask assembly from backplate by removing 5 retaining screws. Pry instrument cluster away from backplate. Remove screws and temperature gauge.
  2. Remove fuel gauge retaining screws from back of dial assembly. Slide gauge(s) downward so shaft of gauges slide through slot in bottom of instrument cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure.
