PROBLEM: Late, or No Upshift
CAUSE:
During assembly, the washer may have been installed on the wrong side of the throttle pressure valve in the valve body.
The washer serves as a stop when the throttle pressure valve is fully stroked.
CURE: The picture shows the proper assembly.
