Fuel Gauge Short Check 1

  1. Disconnect instrument cluster 8-pin connector. Instrument cluster 8-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
  2. Observe fuel gauge reading. If fuel gauge reads full, replace instrument cluster assembly. If fuel gauge does not read full, go to FUEL GAUGE SHORT CHECK 2  .
