Front Crankshaft Seal: Installation

Ensure gasket surface is clean. Install new seal using Seal Installer (T88C-6701-AH). Apply bead of silicone sealant to pump sealing surfaces.

CAUTION: DO NOT allow sealant to enter oil pump outlet ports.

Install new "O" ring in oil pump housing. See Fig 1. Install oil pump housing to cylinder block. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten nuts/bolts to specifications.
