Oil Pump: Removal

  1. Remove timing belt and crankshaft sprocket. See TIMING BELT & SPROCKETS  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in this article. Remove oil pan. See OIL PAN  in this article.
  2. Remove oil pump pick-up tube. Remove oil pump bolts, oil pump, gasket and "O" ring.
