Engine Identification

Engine may be identified by the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) located on top of instrument panel, near lower left corner of windshield. The VIN number is also stamped on Vehicle Certification label (VC label), mounted on the left front door pillar. The eighth character of VIN identifies the engine and tenth character "L" indicates 1990 model.
