Rotor (4WD W/Auto Locking Hubs): Installation

  1. Pack wheel bearings with grease. Install inner wheel bearing and seal in rotor and carefully install hub and rotor assembly on spindle. Install outer wheel bearing and wheel bearing adjusting nut. Adjust wheel bearings. See appropoate WHEEL BEARINGS under ADJUSTMENTS  .
  2. Ensure locking key is installed in spindle keyway. Install locking hub assembly. Install caliper assembly. Install wheel and tire assembly and tighten wheel lug nuts to specification.
