Master Cylinder (Except AEROSTAR): Installation

  1. Before installing master cylinder ensure power brake booster push rod adjustment is correct. See appropiate POWER BRAKE BOOSTER PUSH ROD under ADJUSTMENTS  .
  2. To install master cylinder, reverse removal procedure. Tighten master cylinder-to-booster nuts to 13-25 ft. lbs. (18-33 N.m). Bleed brake system.
