Intake & Exhaust Manifolds: Installation

1. Position exhaust manifold on cylinder head with Exhaust Manifold Alignment Studs (T84P-6065-B) in holes No. 2 and 3. Refer to Fig 1. Install attaching bolts in remaining holes. Remove guide studs and install bolts. Tighten exhaust manifold bolts in 2 steps and sequence. See Fig 1.
2. Coat new intake manifold gasket with sealer. Position intake manifold and gasket on cylinder head. Tighten bolts to specifications and in sequence. See Fig 1. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
