Oil Pump: Removal

  1. Remove timing belt and crankshaft sprocket. See, in this article, TIMING BELT & SPROCKETS . Remove oil pan. See OIL PAN article in this section.
  2. Remove oil pump pick-up tube. Remove oil pump bolts, oil pump, gasket and "O" ring.
