Disc Brake Caliper & Pads - Rear (Continental & THUNDERBIRD): Removal

Remove rear wheels. Disconnect and plug brake hose from caliper. On Continental models, remove retaining clip from parking brake at caliper and disengage cable.
On Thunderbird models, release parking brake cable tension at adjustment locking lever. See appropiate PARKING BRAKE under ADJUSTMENTS in this article.
Hold slider pin and remove pinch bolt. See Figure . Lift caliper assembly away from anchor plate. Remove slider pins and boots from anchor plate.
