Mark VII
- Back off adjusting nut, located near equalizer, until cables are loose. Operate parking brake lever at calipers. If lever moves more than 20 degrees using hand pressure of 50 psi (3.5 kg/cm2 ), perform piston position and caliper adjustment as previously described.
- If lever moves less than 20 degrees, tighten adjusting nut until one or both levers just begin to move. Apply and release parking brake control several times. With control released, ensure levers at calipers are in full stop position. If not at full stop, cables are too tight. Repeat procedure.
