Instrument Cluster Supply Check

  1. Check for 11-13 volts on Black/Yellow wire at instrument cluster 18-pin connector. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER 18-PIN TERMINAL IDENTIFICATION illustration. 18-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
  2. Observe voltmeter reading. If voltmeter reads 11-13 volts, go to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER GROUND CHECK. If voltmeter does not read 11-13 volts repair Black/Yellow wire between gauges and fuse panel.
