Suspension - Rear: Description
Rear suspension is a MacPherson strut, semi-independent system. Trailing arms are rigidly connected to each other by a torsion beam. Rubber bushings are installed at the torsion beam/trailing arm body brackets. See Fig 1 . The rear suspension has no provision for individual wheel alignment. Rear torsion beam must be centered in chassis, this alignment procedure is explained in TORSION BEAM removal and installation procedures of this article.
