Master Cylinder: Reassembly

  1. Install new seals on primary and secondary pistons. Install secondary piston. To prevent damage to seal lip, ease seal into master cylinder bore while slowly rotating and pushing. Install stop bolt.
  2. Install primary piston. To prevent damage to seal lip, ease seal into master cylinder bore while slowly rotating and pushing. Push primary piston into master cylinder bore. Install washer (if equipped) and snap ring. Install new reservoir seals into master cylinder. Install reservoir. Install reservoir cap.
