Master Cylinder: Disassembly
- Clean outside of master cylinder and remove filler cap and diaphragm. Drain and discard any remaining brake fluid in cylinder and reservoir.
- Depress primary piston and remove snap ring from end of master cylinder bore. Remove primary piston assembly from cylinder bore. Apply low air pressure in forward outlet port of cylinder to remove secondary piston assembly.
