Water Pump: Removal

  1. Drain cooling system. Remove air cleaner and duct assembly. Remove fan shroud and position over fan. Remove A/C idler pulley and bracket (if equipped).
  2. Remove all hoses and brackets attached to water pump. Remove radiator on E150/E350 models. Remove all drive belts, fan, spacer, pulley and shroud. Remove bolts attaching water pump to front cover and remove pump.
