Cylinder Head: Installation
- Ensure gasket mating surfaces are clean and flat. Properly install new cylinder head gasket as marked on gasket. Install cylinder head and bolts. Tighten bolts in sequence and to specifications. See Fig 1.
- Lubricate push rod ends, valve stem tips, rocker arms and fulcrum seats with polyethylene grease. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Fill and bleed cooling system.
