Brake Warning Light System
NOTE:
On models equipped with diesel engine, brake warning light will illuminate until proper vacuum level is built up by vacuum pump.
BRAKE warning light will illuminate when ignition switch is in the START position as a bulb check. With ignition switch is in the ON or ACC position, BRAKE warning light indicates parking brake is engaged or fluid level in master cylinder is low. On diesel models, warning light indicates low vacuum to booster.
