Test B1, Fuel Gauge Inaccurate

Test Box Check, Insert instrument gauge system tester, Rotunda 021-00055 or equivalent in sender circuit. Disconnect circuit 14405 connector under instrument panel and connect tester to cluster side of connector. Set tester to LOW (22 ohms).

If gauge reads E, then go to TEST B2. If pointer does not move, then replace gauge.
