Removal (Bronco & F150)

  1. Remove nuts, bolts and washers connecting the stabilizer bar to connecting links. Remove nuts and bolts of the stabilizer bar retainer. Remove stabilizer bar insulator assembly.
  2. To remove the stabilizer bar mounting bracket, the coil spring must be removed. See COIL SPRING  . (The bracket to frame assembly may be removed but not the crossmember). Remove the lower spring seat, bracket attaching stud and bracket.
