Master Cylinder (Manual Brakes): Removal
- Disconnect wires from stop light switch. Remove retaining pin, spacers, and bushing securing master cylinder push rod to brake pedal. Remove stop light switch.
- Disconnect low fluid warning lamp connector if used. Disconnect brake lines. Remove nuts securing master cylinder to firewall. Remove bolts and studs securing master cylinder to firewall and remove master cylinder. Remove boot and master cylinder push rod.
