Piston Pin Replacement: Installation

  1. Apply a light coat of oil to all parts that are to be assembled. Position piston and connection rod as shown in Fig 1 .
  2. Using arbor press and piston pin removing/installing tool, press piston pin through piston and connecting rod until centered in connecting rod.
