Front Axle: Installation

  1. Position axle on frame pivot bracket and install bolt and nut finger tight. Position opposite end of axle to radius arm.
  2. Install bolt from underneath bracket, radius arm and axle. Position axle against jounce bumper to place pivot bushing in proper position. Tighten axle-to-frame pivot bracket bolt.
  3. Reverse removal procedures to complete installation.
