Headlight Switch - All Other Models: Removal

Disconnect battery ground cable. On Bronco and pickups, remove wiper-washer, headlight and fog light switch knob, if used. Remove steering column shroud. Remove center finish panel. Remove switch from back side of instrument panel.
On Van models, remove knob and shaft by pressing knob release button on switch housing, with knob in full "ON" position. Pull knob and shaft out of switch and unscrew mounting nut. Remove bezel and switch and then remove wiring connector.
