E-100, 200 & 300 (1965-74) U-100 (1966-67)

Disconnect horn wire and turn indicator switch wires under instrument panel and at clips on steering column support. Press down evenly on horn button, turn counterclockwise until button lifts out from steering wheel, remove button and spring. Mark steering wheel position on steering column, remove steering wheel retaining nut and then steering wheel. Remove retaining screw and turn indicator lever, remove cover shielding indicator wires on steering column. Remove two retaining screws under steering column cup and lift horn control plate and turn signal switch assembly from steering column cup.
