Sunroof sliding glass panel alignment

1. If possible, using the operating button, open the sliding glass backwards, bringing it to the rear end of travel;
   NOTE:

   When this operation is not possible, do not persist in using the operating button so damage to the motor does not occur.

2. Remove the sliding glass motor. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. With the help of an assistant, at each side of the sliding panel, slide the panel to the rear end of travel using care not to cause binding.
4. Verify that the panel is squarely at the end of mechanical travel; use measurements in relation to the sunroof frame if necessary to confirm.
5. Install the sliding glass motor. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Sunshade alignment

1. If possible, using the operating button, open the sunshade backwards, bringing it to the rear end of travel;
   NOTE:

   When this operation is not possible, do not persist in using the operating button so damage to the motor does not occur.

2. Remove the sunshade motor.
3. With the help of an assistant, at each side of the sunshade, slide the sunshade to the rear end of travel using care not to cause binding.
4. Verify that the sunshade is squarely at the end of mechanical travel; use measurements in relation to the sunroof frame if necessary to confirm.
5. Install the sunshade motor.
